AMOC Sprint Meeting

Tuesday 16th June, 2020

At Curborough Sprint Course - Sunday 20 September 2020
BDC Members invited to compete

The Aston Martin Owners Club (AMOC) has cordially invited BDC Members to dust off their Bentleys and join its annual sprint meeting at Curborough this September.

Drivers will tackle the venue’s popular ‘Figure of Eight’ track during two practice and two timed runs. The class structure will cater for all types of Bentley similar to our MIRA Sprint Meeting, which unfortunately had to be cancelled earlier this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

With motorsport gradually returning to normal, this is a unique opportunity to bring out your Bentley and join our friends at AMOC for an enjoyable day of club competition.

Curborough is centrally located in the Midlands close to Lichfield, and enjoys good road links and nearby facilities. Although the venue has previously been open to spectators at no cost, that may not be possible due to the government’s current guidelines regarding the hosting of sporting fixtures. However, we will endeavour to keep Members informed of the latest developments.

AMOC is preparing the event’s regulations. Race entries will need to be made online with AMOC (fee TBA) although you are initially required to register your interest via the BDC.

Let’s get as many Bentleys out as possible!

To register your interest, or if you have any questions, please email Martin Greenslade, BDC Competitions Secretary, at competitions@bdcl.org
