At som point it was repainted. Then got busted in the explosion. The car seems be in decent shape. Has a number of dents from the blast. The engine runs and sounds good. All the tools were looted from the car at some point. There are two shattered windows. A few pieces of the wood trim are broken. The new owner has the experience, tools, time, ambition and facilities to restore the car. He has several other RR cars that are of similar vintage.
