Would you like the rewarding opportunity to join the Bentley Drivers Club Main Board and play a key role in shaping the future development of the Club?
Due to the impending retirement of Sean O’Connell (third right in image), after almost seven years in the role, the Club is currently inviting applications for the post of Treasurer. This is one of the main positions within the structure of the Club.
As with all Board positions, the role is strictly voluntary.
Key accountabilities:
• To support the Board of Directors in providing an independent financial view on the Club’s strategy and performance.
• To support the Club Chairman in ensuring the Club’s long-term financial health and growth, ensuring the stability of finances.
• To assess the Club’s financial status and help identify solutions to any issues that may arise.
• To advise the Board on regulatory compliance from a financial perspective.
• To create ideas and challenge the implementation of strategy.
• To serve as part of the Executive Committee (EC), and attend bi-monthly EC and quarterly Board meetings.
