Hi, is there a way to adjust brightness and contrast on the central dashboard screen in my Continental GT? I find the dash dim when first driving, which I guess may just be a sign of age, but I cannot find any instructions in the owner's manual regarding altering the brightness. I would have assumed this was a very basic feature expectation? |

Brightness is adjusted by the two buttons immediately to the left of the main lighting switch.
Hope this helps |

I should have added, if it is the main central screen that's dull, press Car, then System setup, then General settings, then Brightness, and this will give you a selection of brightness levels to choose from. |

Thanks David, it seems my system may be an older model as its menu options don't match your description. I have VEHICLE but under that section only the tyre pressure monitor settings are housed. But thank you for your help anyway. |

I'm not familiar with the earlier set up, but it can't be too different. When I press "car"the tyre screen comes up, and "settings" is shown at the top. Touching this takes you into options which include general settings, and then onto brightness.
I can't believe there is no opportunity to adjust the brightness somewhere! |
