|
|
Hello,
I am new to the forum and I am in search of the owner of a Bentley that I photographed on June 1st, 2013 while vacationing in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, USA.
At the time of the photograph there was an event happening with a large group of Bentley owners.
Attached is a small snippet of the full photo, showing only the car. Part of the front plate is visible.
The full photograph is an excellent shot with Mt. Moran towering over everything in the background.
I would like to produce a limited edition of 100 museum quality prints of this photo to sell, and I am hoping to have the driver/owner sign a photo release.
Any assistance in tracking down the owner/occupants of this vehicle would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.

It's very nice of you to request a release but it's not necessary legally. You can sell that photograph as it's taken in a public space. |

Thank you for the quick response. This certainly looks to match the car in my photo.
I will try to reach out to Dr. Sydlowski to confirm.
I am aware that I do not need a photo release because it is in a public place, but it never hurts to have it on file.
Attached is the full image (sorry for the proof watermarks I added). If anyone is interested in a copy, please let me know.
Thanks again!

I don't get it. You ask people for their help, and then show your distrust of the very same people with the excessive picture marking. A simple low resolution picture would have achieved the same protection without the insult. |

Have this one instead. I'm going back there this year.
