Can anyone advise me of the colour and code colour number of my Bentley. I would describe it as Pearl metallic red. the VIN is SCBGN23W0DC086011 if that is any help.
Many thanks for anyone's help.

Hi Roy

Maybe you tried this already, but there is a fair amount of information available via Google. An online VIN decoder reveals that your car is (hopefully!) a 2013 Continental GTC. This link suggests places on the car where you might be able to find the paint code:

https://www.automotivetouchup.com/paint-codes/bentley.htm

I've used this link in the past as well; they don't seem to have 2013 Bentley codes but here are the 2014 results:

http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?year=2014&make=Bentley&model=All&gncl=All&action=Get+Paint+Codes

Based on the above and your description, my guess would be Cardinal Red. You can do a Google image search to see if other cars of this colour look the same as yours:

https://www.google.com/search?rls=en&q=bentley+continental+cardinal+red&tbm=isch&source=univ&client=safari&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjc4c3N97PiAhUMJFAKHXMpBRkQsAR6BAgJEAE&biw=1724&bih=855

Lastly, have you tried contacting your local dealer (or the original dealer who supplied the car) as they may be able to access the build records?

Apologies if the above all sounds obvious. I know this process can be frustrating; I've spent over two years trying to track down the code for my 1953 Silver Wraith but for a modern car it should be much easier.

Jonathan

Hopefully Jonathon’s suggestions will bear fruit, it occurs to me that the club archivist might hold build records........
I’m sorry you haven’t had more replies to your posting, if anyone had an answer, I’m sure they would have given it!

Many thanks for the replies. Thank you Jonathan, from the phone I feel 99% it’s Cardinal Red.
