Good morning,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have an Arnage T Blue Train and I’m trying to put together a proper history file for the car. The facility on the BDC website doesn’t come up with anything when I put the chassis number in. I know the previous owner kept the car for 14 years and the number plate then was A241. As far as I know it is the 5th of the 6 right hand drive blue trains and may be the only one with a factory steel sunroof.
The car is finished in Tempest silver with black hide current reg WO02 ARN

Due to the RR/Bentley seperation in early 2000s, some of the records got distributed in confusing ways.
Arnage information seems to be particularly hard to pin down. If BDC doesn't have the info, check with RREC, as they may have some, but I think anything after 2002 is pretty sparse.
IIRC, these records are with VW who hasn't shared them with clubs.
If you have any record of the original selling dealer, they should be able to pull build sheet/window sticker etc for you, and may have access to service records done at a dealership.

Thanks that’s a great help.
The car was supplied by Jack Barclay, I was told all the Blue Trains were but that may be wrong. I’ll try getting in touch with them.
The car is just back from several months of fettling at shadow motor cars and they have transformed it. The previous owner had cut corners with maintenance so she’s taken some effort to get just right. |
