Does someone know the history of this car, 1936 4.25?

Interesting. The most I can find out about is that it's a modern replica (using mostly old parts) of what a convertible Embiricos Bentley would look like.

I thought there was one only one Embiricos replica - mentioned here;

Anyone know any more about the roadster?

Here it is!
All the pictures you could want.

The best pictures of car in the Review have been bisected by a page join so can't be viewed properly. Very annoying and so unnecessary.

What a triumph this car is and I'm keen to see it in the flesh.

My wife was asking only this morning what I want for Christmas ...

Is that ostrich leather on the seats and doors, or is it faked?

That's really beautiful. I would however, knock off half a point as the screw heads on one of the kickplates aren't aligned (only joking).
