I have been asked by a friend to see if anyone can provide any information about a Bentley once owned by her father, John Harwood. Thought to be either a Mk VI or R type, he owned it between 1964 and 1968 at which time the family lived in Beaconsfield and the car was registered LGH 6.

LGH 6 was a Mark VI, chassis number B15GT, Bentley standard steel saloon, body number 3202 originally in moss green. Supplied to Pass and Joyce Ltd in May 1950, and sold on to "L.Slot" in May 1951. Bernard King's book, from whence the above, says still with that person, which is obviously out of date.

Many thanks, John - that was very quick! I'll pass it on.
