I need to remove the wood waist rails from both front doors. I've taken off the door trim and removed the set screws in the little brackets under the wood trim but it still doesn't want to come off. It's very loose and can wobble in and out but almost feels like it's still attached by something loosely at either end.
I expect I've missed something - I was planning to take them over for refurbishment on Monday but I'm a bit stuck! Any advice very welcome!

Aha! Sorted! I hadn't found the two little screws hiding under the rubber seals at each end.
