A friend of mine in the motor trade has been telling me about a visit to the factory in Crewe, and how interesting it was. I see on the Bentley website that factory visits are indeed available for a very reasonable cost. Having only joined the club earlier this year, I wondered if factory visits were something that the club organised occasionally? If not, would any other members be interested in a small group visit, if it were possible to organise something? The Bentley website suggests that visits for 2016/17 are booked up, but I wondered if some of them might already have been booked by the club?
I haven't yet been in contact with the factory to investigate further, but would be happy to do so and to try to organise something if other members were interested?
I don't want to be treading on any toes though - so I apologise in advance if this is something that is already done by someone else and I'm just not aware of it!
Hope you all had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you!

Yes, the club organises some, and I think they are free of charge. I went on one a couple of years back and it was well worth while. Check Advertiser and Diary or ask club office. |
