I am currently sitting in Denver Airport waiting for BA to bring me home from a week on the Colorado Grand. I was surprised to see a 3 Litre listed among the entries as the event requires sustained high-speed uphill driving at altitudes between 7000 and 11000 feet. So I asked the owner what he has done to prepare the car for the altitude. His answer? ... fit a 5.3 litre engine.
Oh well, another one bites the dust.
