WO chassis and differential at HVA auction this thursday!

Just notifying everyone that there is a 3/4.5 litre chassis for sale this Thursday at HVA. It is described thus:- This is a 9 ft 9 ½ inch (Short) chassis, and is believed to be a recently fabricated item, but to entirely correct specifications, with four riveted crossmembers and the usual engine bearers. It is believed that the front of the chassis may consist of a pair of original dumb irons. The chassis has been recently used probably in a 3-4 ½ litre car, and is drilled in the correct places for brakes, steering etc.

Also a WO BENTLEY 4-Star Diff, with fitted ENV spiral cut crown wheel and pinion, 4.2:1 (13 x 55), complete with nose piece, numbered 1180.

The original 2 star diff in fine order went for just £1000 and the shortened chassis which appeared to be an excellent reproduction went again for just £1000. Total bargains for the buyers!
