Having approached my local tyre centres , no luck
Assuming the tyres fitted are correct ,where can replacement
tyres be purchased please ?

An update as promised, thanks to John Murch I obtained 2 second hand ( approx 6 mm tread ) tyres , now fitted to the front , tracked , balanced and performing well , thanks again

Probably need 2 more in 6 months for rear as driving is so much fun

I had a quick search and it looks like the Avons might be the only option, e.g;

If you are happy with decent used tyres, you might consider either Flying spars,or, www.Westminsterautospares.com in Leeds. I have found them very helpful for Bentley spares.
