Can someone tell me, please, how to acquire a copy of the build sheets for a Bentley, late 1990's?
In particular, I would like the paint code, and the availability (or otherwise!) of touch-up paint. |

Hopefully someone else will give you a knowledgable reply, but have you asked the club archivist? |

With other cars (but maybe modern Bentleys are immune) I've sometimes found that with age the paint fades and so a fresh batch of the exact original paint doesn't necessarily match any more. A good car paint supplier might just be able to look at it and compare it to samples to match. |

Hello Alasdair,
One might contact Crewe, with appropriate VIN #, If memory serves me, RREC have many of the records that have been passed on from the Mother company. There are many pages , original order, to whom consigned, car in white, dates of delivery, craftsman sign off sheets, actual price when sold to Bentley dealership , costs of transportation, on which ship container was loaded , etc. I have 65 pages from the manufacturers records. very informative. Cheers, Michael |
