Google for replacement hood shows price about £2500 supply only. Add fitting and dealer will charge £4000. If Owen's won't fix it tell them by letter that you will get it fixed elsewhere and then sue them for the cost.

If you want to know the details of hood faults, this is where you can find it. Don't let the visiting technician fob you off with half a cure.
