They did not have a part I wanted in stock and I asked to be contacted when they were back in stock.
I was very pleasantly surprised today to get a phone call as promised.
So there are firms out there that still look after their customers.

| Forgot to add that they have in stock now those elusive mineral oil filler tubes to top up the brake reservoirs etc. |
