I am most dissapointed of the Bentley service in Chile, I purchased my 2016 Flying Spur sedan, and it was given just one key. They told me that it will just required one day to set the other key in running condition. They have kept my car in their garage for almost a month telling me that the software does not work with the fatory one.
Is this reasonable ?
How can I get in touch with someone in charge of these region at the factory to get help?
Does anyone have the main Bentley factory phone number, please help...!!!
