Our 3 litre has a 6.5 litre diff and nose piece fitted to our original banjo casing. I know this because the late Simon Adams rebuilt it. But until very recently I didn't know it's history.
Originally fitted to the 1929 Olympia Show car a Weymann saloon by H.J.Mulliner Chassis SB2751 reg GK2472. With reference to Dr Clare Hay who mentions this in a recent "Sotherby's" sale of GK2472 that the diff spent some of it's life in a Blower.
I would like to replace it with a diff and ratio more suitable to my car. Plus in view of the historic value of this component. either suitable 3 litre parts(I have a list). Or cash balance. Talk to me in the first instance and let's see if something can be worked out. Photo's and invoices can be supplied of work carried out. |
