Does anyone know what size are the bolts that hold the sender unit to the brass flange on the tank,I have tried 3/16 bsf and ba bolts but to no avail regards Ian McNeill

I am sure that I used 3BA set screws when I did mine, and that is confirmed by the relevant item on the parts list: "Screw, cheese head, 3 BA, gauge unit retaining".
Regards, James
p.s. the Schedule of spare parts is available on the Australian RR owners club website, at: https://rrtechnical.info/mkvi/b/spares.html
