Clubhouse windows receive anti-UV film makeover
While the Clubhouse at Wroxton is temporarily closed to visitors, the opportunity has been taken to invest in protecting the Bentley heritage.
The anti-UV film, which was installed on windows during the Clubhouse’s construction in 2006, has been extended and replaced with an upgraded version in the Clubhouse foyer (pictured) and museum together with the Pelmore (WOBMF office) and Bentley rooms and library.
This will ensure that the historically valuable materials (records, artefacts and archives), exhibits and displays at the Clubhouse are afforded enhanced protection against light damage.
The work is a joint project between the Club and the WOBMF.
