For Sale,A good reliable car having been serviced by its previous owner, who owned the car for 53yrs (1959-2012). During this time the car was in daily use,as his only means of transport.
A little about the car- Both front wings are fiberglass having been fitted in the early 60's, the sils were also replaced at the same time in the same material, both are still in very good order. Original features include:-- starting handle (stored in boot ) -- Sliding sunroof -- rear cocktail tables -- in the boot is the original jack. Also included A very complete service history + A folder containing ,Bill of sale (1959), old road tax discs, old M.O.T,s + Bills for all major work undertaken.
If you had,nt guessed this was The Late Laurie Fox,s beloved MKIV. For those who did,nt know him, he wrote and maintained the B.D.C,s forum, well into his late 90,s(99) His knowledge of MKIV was second to none, being a fully trained mathamatision,& engineer.
