Hi,
I have been driving around in an s1 for a year or so but this winter I have to tackle the cills.
My gameplan is to cut into the bodywork piece by piece and manufacture the inner cills and body to chassis mounts and work back out again , finishing off with a shop bought final outer cill.
I will draw up plans of any cills I make in the process and so I wondered if anyone else had done this and could make my life easier at all on the way?
OR - am I on a fool's errand ?
