Could i ask for tips and possibly procedure for folding the hood on my VDP bodied 3 litre,
I think the rear folds in in a triangular fashion but it has defeated us and is the cause of argument with my trusty navigator,

Hi John,
I recall you asked this question a while back, Chris Card made some suggestions, I assume it wasn’t entirely satisfactory!
Where in the country are you?
If not too far away I would be happy to drive over in my 3ltr and you could compare.

Each section between the frames should be folded inwards with a neat triangular fold at the corners. The very bottom section is folded inwards and retained by the bottom of the bag. |

I noticed this car for sale at V and P, and was fascinated by the simplicity of the hood, just two hoops it would appear, so the folded frame is very compact.
I wonder if the lack of structure has much effect? |
