My 3ltr has the fixed starting handle. It is barely moveable. The plain bearing where the locking stud goes seems oily, the handle then enters an aluminium nose piece which no doubt contains the dog (and a spring?).
I assume one just undoes the nose piece and I should be able to free everything off. The procedure is not mentioned in TF so I assume it’s obvious, but has anyone any advice before I start and get in a mess? |
