| Good morning, I have a 2009 GTC it has an issue with the hood stopping in both the opening and closing mode, but with a few attempts it will open/close. Are there any suggestions as to what may be the issue and how it may be rectified without spending a fortune? Thank you. Jon |

Hi Jon,
I’m not at all familiar with the GTC but it could be a possibility that the proximity switch or switches in the hood mechanism are faulty. Perhaps that could be a reasonable starting point for you to investigate. I’m sorry I cannot offer anything more substantial.
